1. Course Purchases

All course purchases are considered final. Once access to a course has been granted, refunds will generally not be issued.

2. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, we will review the transaction and process a refund for the duplicate payment.

3. Course Cancellation

If we cancel a course or are unable to provide the purchased service, you will be eligible for a full refund or an alternative solution, as applicable.

5. Processing Time
