Sat Sri Akal,

I am Ranjit Pal Singh.

My journey has always been guided by a sense of responsibility and a genuine desire to help others. From the beginning, my focus has been to stand with people, listen to their concerns, and try to find practical solutions for them.

Over time, I connected with different communities, traders, and youth groups. These experiences helped me understand the real challenges people face in their daily lives. Listening became one of the most important parts of my approach. Whenever someone shared a problem, I made sure to understand it properly and guide them towards the right support or solution.

Let's Contact

Beginning with Social Service

This journey started at the grassroots level, where I actively took part in various social initiatives between 2015 and 2020. During this time, I supported people facing different struggles and also encouraged youth to participate in positive and growth-oriented activities.

I was also involved in awareness programs that helped people better understand their rights and responsibilities. At the same time, I raised my voice in peaceful ways against social issues and always stood for values like safety, respect, and dignity in society.

Entrepreneurial Journey

There’s a real story behind my journey of becoming a social activist. After completing my studies, I still felt unemployed despite being educated. No matter how much money parents may have, when their educated child is not earning, it brings a different kind of pain. Many of you might relate to this feeling.

I aspired to build a career that matched my education and ambitions, instead of following the usual, conventional job paths, but at the same time, I wanted to earn and become independent. So, I decided to turn towards the world of the internet. I started visiting cyber cafés, searching for digital marketing from different online sources, making notes, and then practicing them again and again at home.

Slowly, I managed to buy my own laptop and started working as a freelancer. That phase of my life became a turning point, where I began thinking not only about myself but also about doing something meaningful for others.

After this, my responsibilities continued to grow. I connected with two more people and decided to start something small on my own. That small beginning turned out to be so effective that our team eventually grew into a company with 250 employees.

Not just that: step by step, from 2 to 10, 10 to 30, 30 to 50, and then 50 to 100, I reached a stage where I was not the owner of just one, but three companies.

However, even after achieving all this, I still didn’t feel truly satisfied. Yes, I was earning for myself and also providing a source of livelihood to many others. But a question always stayed in my mind: even though I was paying people, they were earning through their work and skills. They were already skilled professionals, and even without me, they could find other ways to earn.

If I truly wanted to make a difference, I needed to become a source of income for those who wanted to start from zero, those who had nothing but the will to grow.

That is when a new turning point came into my life.

While building my professional journey, I continued to fulfill my responsibilities as a social activist alongside it. Since my college days, I have been actively participating in various events focused on the welfare of people. Seeing the struggles of teachers and others around me, I had already made up my mind that I would help people grow financially.

A thought also came to me, why not start this mission from my own Punjab? Because Punjab has given me my identity. If Punjab progresses, then somewhere the progress of the nation will naturally follow.

With this vision, I started going to different places across Punjab, listening to people’s problems, sitting in protests, and actively participating wherever needed. Through this journey, I saw a side of Punjab that is rarely talked about. Punjab has often been presented as a “land of prosperity,” but the reality is that its youth need employment. Only when the youth grow Punjab will truly move forward.

From my journey as both an entrepreneur and a social activist, I understood one thing clearly: real change begins when people are given the right opportunity to grow.

That is why I have brought something meaningful for you.
